If the proposed amendment is approved by majority vote at the Annual Business Meeting, the proposed amendment will be distributed for a vote by the entire membership. Members will have sixty (60) days following the Annual Business Meeting to vote on the proposed amendment.

At their November 18, 2017 Mid-Year Meeting, the IIMC Board of Directors reviewed the Diversity Task Force’s proposed amendment to IIMC’s Constitution and added to the Core Value Statement. The Board also approved the Amendments

• Core Value Statement regarding Diversity and Inclusivity;
• IIMC Region Director Representation
• Qualifications, Nominations and Elections – Vice President

The Board also created additional core values statements: Communication, Innovation, Integrity and Professionalism. The Amendments are recommended for inclusion in Article I – General; and Article VI – Region Director.
