Renewing Your Membership by Credit Card

Time to renew your IIMC Membership. IIMC is pleased to provide a convenient and safe credit card payment pathway to renew your yearly membership dues.

If you received your dues renewal and your City or Deputy Clerk did not - it is possible that you are on different billing cycles. Just give us a call to verify. Your ID is located on the left side of the lower portion of your renewal form.

If you have a problem paying your dues, please don't hesitate to contact Member Services to discuss payment options. 

Please note: DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR SIGN IN WHILE COMPLETING THIS FORM. IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

Existing members paying renewals by Credit Card, please complete the Online Membership Renewal. You may update any of your contact information on this form.

Renewing Your Membership by Mail

Please feel free to contact the Member Services Department with any questions you might have regarding your dues renewal. Your ID is located on the lower portion of your renewal form.

Please remit the bottom portion of your dues renewal with your check payment. If you forget to do so, please don't worry. We will be sure to apply the payment to your membership in our database. If we have questions, we will call you.

The Continuing Education Support listed on your dues renewal is not a mandatory payment. It would be a contribution to the Municipal Clerks Education Foundation which provides yearly scholarships to our Institutes and Education Programs at our Annual Conference.
