- 2.5 Day Academy for Annual Conference: Campus of Albright College
Date and Times of Institute/Academy
- CMC Institute – Annually During Fourth Wednesday of the month except July and December (8AM – 12 noon virtual)
- MMC Institute – Annually During second Wednesday of Sept. Nov. Jan, and March. Week in June (1-Day Virtual)
- 2-Day Academy – Last Wednesday evening in June through lunch on Friday
- Wednesday night reception and dinner speaker
- Thursday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 2-4 hour sessions with a reception and dinner speaker
- Friday Breakfast, morning session and lunch with conference evaluations.
Cost Breakdown
Certification Program (Institute): CMC Registration Fee – Approximately $1500 annually for 3 years. (Registration Includes Tuition and Training at the Annual Conference)
Master Municipal Clerk Academy: MMC registration Fee – Approximately $800 annually for 3 years. (Registration Includes Tuition and Training at the Annual Conference)
Lodging and transportation paid by individual and/or agency, lodging on campus or at local hotels. Food provided by Albright College.

- Time to graduate: Two Year Program (CMC), Four Year Program (MMC). May Enter in Any Year at Any Level.
- 15 CMC/MMC Points Per Institute in February, June, October
