Program Scheduling 
Four courses are required for completion of the Local Government Authority Certificate. The Advanced Certificate requires completion of an additional six courses. All LGA courses are offered online and are taught by industry professionals. Course subjects include local government democratic values, public administration principles and values, legislation and statute law, and accounting. This program is recognized by the Rural and Urban Boards of Examiners for municipal administrator certification in Saskatchewan.
