It’s time for the 85th Annual Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association of Minnesota (MCFOA) Conference at the River’s Edge Convention Center and Best Western Kelly Inn in the City of St. Cloud! Our 2023 MCFOA Conference Planning Committee, together with the fantastic staff at St. Cloud State University, have put together a conference that combines quality education sessions with meaningful networking opportunities and a couple fun evening events to hold your attention for our entire three-day conference.
