You will hone your decision-making skills by following a methodology based on tested actions and sound organizational approaches. Topics include understanding and evaluating the decision to be made and the potential outcomes, following a consistent, logical process for decision making, and structuring your approach. Other topics include evaluating options against set criteria, avoiding typical decision-making traps, following-up on past decisions to review success and improve future decision making. This course will help you understand the structure of decision-making, define problems, evaluate options and make the best choice possible.
