A respectful work environment is essential to success, productivity, and the quality of life we all deserve. When we remember to accept the differences between the values and perspectives of those around us, we can continue to prosper with a richer shared experience. This webinar includes topics such as: the respectful employee, disrespectful behavior and positive action against inappropriate behavior. Other topics include managing emotions, the inclusive mindset and leader, and the four Rs of respect: recognition, responding, reporting and responsibility. In a respectful workplace, integrity and professionalism are displayed, and the skills to fully communicate and recognize one another are practiced. 1 CMC Education or 1 MMC Advanced Education point granted per this 2 hour webinar with a passing score (70%) on the learning assessment. After completing the course, you will receive a link to the assessment. With a passing score, you will automatically receive a certificate.

International Training Course: Using Evidence for more Effective Policies

Minnesota Municipal Clerk Institute

The MMCI (Institute) is a three-year continuing education program leading to professional accreditation. Each year the Institute consists of a required five day, 40 hour curriculum, for a total of 120 hours of programming over the three year period. Once participants have completed the mandatory 120 hour curriculum, they become graduates of the Institute.
