Lift As I Climb: An Immigrant Girl's Journey Through Corporate America by Jackie Glenn

Susan Ortiz, MMC, will facilitate the dialogue on the book, “Lift As I Climb: An Immigrant Girl’s Journey Through Corporate America” by Jackie Glenn. The program features a special appearance by the author, who succeeded through a combination of inclusion and purpose. In this dialogue, participants will bridge ideas, their core values, leadership concepts and principals contained in the book with their role in municipal government and as a member of the municipal clerk
profession. Participants will be assigned small group exercises to further appraise sections of the biography.
