Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent and Lead by Brene Brown

Every day we experience the uncertainty, risks, and emotional exposure that define what it means to be vulnerable or to dare greatly. Brown explains how vulnerability is both the core of difficult emotions like fear, grief and disappointment, and the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, empathy, innovation, and creativity.
Dawn is a Master Municipal Clerk and retired from Sterling, Massachusetts in 2018. Dawn has also been a candidate for the US Foreign Service, owned both an import/export business and a dance studio. Today she is a Certified Practitioner of Energy Medicine TM and Reiki. She teaches stress management techniques to individuals and large groups and is a popular Facilitator who brings creativity, joy and humor. This is her 30th Dialogue.

The courses offered will be those found in our traditional programming, however the number of hours offered will be decreased. PD I, II & III will each offer 24-hours of course content. This format allows the trainers and the participants to maximize learning and avoid “virtual-learning” fatigue. It also allows the participant to scheduled uninterrupted time for learning around existing workloads. These sessions will be in the interactive format you come to expect from the NCI-PD.
PD I, II & III is approved by IIMC for twelve (12) CMC Education
You will receive a certificate of completion for the PD Program attended upon the successful completion of a learning assessment.
