Hosted by: Montana State University Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't by Simon Sinek Facilitator: Ashley Kent Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders create environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things. Participants are responsible for obtaining and reading the book prior to the dialogue. Athenian Dialogues are 6 hour educational events that allow participants to explore leadership theory, practice, and principles. In the context of Leaders Eat Last, participants will discuss the book’s themes and key ideas, and apply that information to their role as a leader in their community and municipal organization.
