This course is available for credit towards EPP and MMC certification. (No points will be awarded toward CMC certification).

Presented by the Professional Development Academy, the educational philosophy of "No Clerk Left Behind" remains at the forefront. Each webinar is intentionally developed to stand on its own while also working into the series as a whole.
To qualify and register for any course in this series, you must:
- Hold an MMC designation in good standing
- Be an active Full, Additional Full, or Retired IIMC member
- Commit to attain 30 hours between the July 1, 2023 - July 23, 2025 as a part of the program's first cohort
