Thursday, November 2, 2023

An effective management process is crucial for the success of an organization, its employees, and its functions. A readily available system of managing organisational operations and personnel is essential for leaders and their organizations. POLC management offers an easy-to-understand, remember, and implement a formula for managing organisational processes and personnel. By the end of this session, participants will have an easy-to-remember and readily available recipe for managing organisational operations and personnel. They can apply the concepts this course covers in the real-world workplace today. A specific case study will be included to provide real-world relevance to the ideas presented. Points: 1 CMC or 1 MMC Advanced Education Point
