NEMCI&A Spring 2022 Webinar: Respect and Inclusion in the Workplace
Thursday, May 12, 2022
A respectful work environment is essential to success, productivity, and the quality of life we all deserve. When we remember to accept the differences between the values and perspectives of those around us, we can continue to prosper with a richer shared experience. This webinar includes topics such as: the respectful employee, disrespectful behavior and positive action against inappropriate behavior. Other topics include managing emotions, the inclusive mindset and leader, and the four Rs of respect: recognition, responding, reporting and responsibility. In a respectful workplace, integrity and professionalism are displayed, and the skills to fully communicate and recognize one another are practiced.
