NEMCI&A Spring 2022 Webinar: Project Planning Using the 4 D Process

Thursday, May 5, 2022

The 4 D model: Discover, Dream, Design, Deliver is a dynamic intentional method used to guide the process of planning and implementing projects. Many times, municipalities will give too much attention to what is not working right, leading to confusion, blame and lack of clarity on how to proceed. The 4 D process focuses on the SUCCESS of the past (not problems) and how to carry what is working well forward into the future. This exciting approach does not give credence to what is broken, but what has proven to work well, and what is worthy enough to apply to future projects. Webinar facilitator will explain each step in the 4 D process, and how to apply it to both your personal and professional life. 1 CMC Education or 1 MMC Advanced Education point granted per this 2 hour webinar with a passing score (70%) on the learning assessment. After completing the course, you will receive a link to the assessment. With a passing score, you will automatically receive a certificate.
