Scholarship & Grant Information
The Municipal Clerks Education Foundation was created in 1984 to raise funds for IIMC. These funds are used to promote, train and educate Municipal Clerks to make them proficient in the services they provide for the citizens of their community. One of the many ways MCEF helps IIMC members is through education scholarships.

The scholarship program was established in 1986 for Clerks attending IIMC Institutes.  Since the program's inception, more than 1,500 scholarships have been awarded.

2015 Region Stipend Criteria and Application
The 2015 Region Meeting Stipend is for an IIMC Region to use to embellish their Region meeting’s education program. Each IIMC Region can decide for itself how best to use the money toward education at their meetings. The amount will fluctuate each year depending on MCEF’s annual donation to IIMC. The 2015 Region Meeting Stipend will provide each IIMC Region, if it meets the criteria, $1,000 toward its Meeting’s education program. Once IIMC receives your completed application and materials, and details on how the funds will be used, it will disperse the funds to your Region.
