MCEF DISTANCE LEARNING SCHOLARSHIP
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR IIMC DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAMS

The Scholarship will be awarded in December 2009 and must be used within one year of the award. DEADLINE is MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2009.

MCEF will award up to 10 Scholarships to Municipal Clerks to participate in the IIMC Distance Learning Program. Priority will be given to individuals who have not yet received their Certified Municipal Clerk designation (CMC). The criteria for applying for the scholarship is:

• Applications by Municipal Clerks or related title;
• Employed by a Municipality with a population under 15,000 as of 2000 census;
• Access to a computer to do the program;
• Scholarship must be used within one year of the award; and
• Applications must be postmarked no later than midnight October 12, 2009. The mailing envelope must show a dated postmark.
