1^st year:  Attendance at MATI 1 (August 13-18, 2006)
2^nd year:  Attendance at MATI 2 (June 4-9, 2006)
3^rd year:  Attendance at MATI 3 (April 23-28, 2006)

Institutes start on Sunday afternoon and end at noon the following Friday
