Technical Writing and Communication in Public Service

The second course in the two part series will take the concepts of Part One and apply them to organizational settings. The topics covered will be how organizational communication affects work performance, group synergy, and general management development.

Requirements include completion of the Communication Part I – Interpersonal course, readings and one written individual project entitled: "Improving my Organization's Communication Processes."

Course is graded Pass, Not-Passed-Yet grading scale.
